Position Overview

Reporting to an assigned Project Manager or Team Leader, the Business Modeler will create and maintain the RADIENCE business model. The successful candidate will hold extensive knowledge of the insurance and wealth accumulation industry products and practices. He or she will be responsible for the identification, recommendation and implementation of solutions designed to meet customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

·         Consult with customers to define needs or problem areas, and determines scope of investigation required to recommend possible solutions

·         Gather and analyze data to determine solutions for system processing according to the customer’s business requirements

·         Develop and maintain business requirements using Use cases, storyboards and/or Word documents  

·         Provide input into task estimation and scheduling 

·         Create and maintain the RADIENCE business model

·         Write, execute, quantify and qualify test conditions for more complex modeling changes which will have widespread effects 

·         Work within RADIENCE implementation methodology and follow applicable standards

·         Stay abreast of new developments in fields of insurance and wealth management by visiting websites and reading periodicals devoted to these topics

Business Skills / Qualifications

·         Experience in working with an insurance and/or wealth management application preferred
