Introduction

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and build the foundation of the company infrastructure. You will be able to collaborate with world-class product people and will be involved in every architectural decision.

Your Role

- Collaborate closely with the product team, actively participating in every architectural decision for our innovative payment app. - Build the foundation of the company infrastructure - Ensure the robustness and efficiency of the backend infrastructure. - Embrace a disciplined approach to Test-Driven Development (TDD), writing unit and integration tests for quality assurance in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Your Team

You will be part of Mynk's tech team, which reports to Mynk's CTO.

Your Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of industry experience and degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - Proficiency using Java and Spring Boot - Previous exposure to architectural patterns of web applications (e.g., well-designed APIs, microservices) - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process - Comfortable with relational databases and schema design with SQL - TDD - Disciplined approach to writing unit and integration tests for quality assurance - Emphasis on writing clean code - Cool, easy-going, genuinely willing to learn and create value - Any DevOps or AWS experience would be a great plus

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is fast and efficient. It consists of two one-hour interviews with the CTO and the co-founder of Mynk in charge of the product. You may also meet another member of the tech team. We are committed to providing prompt feedback to every candidate.
