Your role
As a Junior ML/AI Engineer, you will:
Build AI Solutions: Support the development of machine learning models and LLM-based systems to enhance our recruitment workflows.
Contribute to Agentic Workflows: Help implement AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph for automating multi-step recruitment tasks.
Support Recommendation Systems: Assist in building and improving recommendation engines that match candidates to job opportunities.
Integrate AI Features: Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI functionalities into our platform.
Explore New AI Techniques: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and experiment with new tools, models, and frameworks.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior engineers and the product team to align your contributions with product goals.
Improve Systems: Participate in refining model accuracy and optimizing workflows for better performance.

Your qualifications
Required:
hands-on experience (internships and academic projects count) in machine learning or AI development.
Solid Python programming skills and familiarity with ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Exposure to working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing AI-driven workflows.
Basic understanding of recommendation systems or ranking/matching algorithms.
Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, including version control (e.g., Git) and basic CI/CD workflows.
Willingness to learn and ability to communicate technical ideas clearly within a team.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Interest or initial exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or building simple AI agents.
Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
Experience working on academic or personal projects that involved building or using ML pipelines.
Curiosity about applied AI in the recruitment space and a desire to grow into more advanced AI system development over time.
