Your role
As an AI/ML Intern, you will:
Support AI Projects: Assist in the development and testing of machine learning models and LLM-based features.
Contribute to Recommendations: Help improve algorithms that match candidates to job opportunities.
Integrate AI Features: Work alongside engineers to embed AI components into our platform.
Experiment and Explore: Try out new tools, models, and techniques in a guided research and prototyping environment.
Grow Your Skills: Learn best practices in ML development, LLM usage, and modern software engineering workflows.

Your qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python and interest in ML/AI development.
Familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face (even through personal or academic projects).
Basic understanding of how LLMs work and interest in using them for real-world applications.
Good grasp of software engineering fundamentals (e.g., Git, debugging, writing clean code).
Strong eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
