Introduction to the position
As a Brands Ads Lead, you will be an integral part of the Glovo Brands Ads team, which is a cross-functional division focused on providing a range of advertising products to help brands increase awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Your primary goals will involve collaborating with FMCG & non-FMCG partners such as Media Agencies, and Retail along with Services, to achieve the following: 1) Deliver ad campaigns that effectively boost sales and awareness for our partners by leveraging the constantly growing Glovo user base. 2) Drive incremental profit for Glovo through the development and sale of our advertising products. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing certain products, such as offline and new advertising products, and elevating them to a higher standard.
In order to achieve these goals, you will need to be highly hands-on, data-driven, possess excellent presentation skills, have a deep understanding of advertising products, coordinate effectively across departments, and manage external/internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve fostering strong business relationships and ensuring that Glovo becomes the preferred advertising partner.

Your role
-Lead the identification, prioritization and hunting of new FMCG, Non-FMCG Brands & Media Agencies that may become partners
-Educate these prospects and existing partners on Glovo’s advertising offering
-Drive sales of Glovo advertising products to FMCG Brands, Non-FMCG ones & Media Agencies
-Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with partners
-Understand the specificities of each segment and standardize the offers/products for each one of them
-Recommend advertising products based on data & business insights
-Ensure flawless execution of ad campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams
-Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on partners and Glovo's overall performance
-Track partners’ progress, meet targets, and identify new opportunities
-Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation, both in terms of advertising products and partnership models
-Create success stories and share best practices
-Managing a team, driving collaboration, performance and project success

Your qualifications
-Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
-5-6 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading Media Agency, Consumer Goods company, or e-commerce business
-Good understanding of the local media landscape
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex business challenges.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, project management & leadership skills.
-Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel.
-Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels.
-Deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, including tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.
