YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local restaurants across the city.

The Commercial team is directly responsible for partnering with smaller local restaurants as well as larger chains to display them on our Glovo platform. This role will focus exclusively on the food business unit, helping Glovo expand its restaurant portfolio. You will work with the support of a sales team and a local Head of Sales.

THE JOURNEY

  • Seal partnerships with the best restaurants, always aligned with the company’s goals
  • As owner of Glovo’s revenue, ensure all deals meet the required profitability in your country
  • Build long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding process for restaurant partners
  • Keep your pipeline updated daily, with a focus on restaurants as the primary acquisition target
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference
  • Conduct regular field trips to visit restaurant prospects (pitching, negotiating, closing deals)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with a strong focus on the food and restaurant industry
  • Key contacts within the restaurant industry are a plus
  • Full professional level in the local language and fluency in English, French is a must
  • A hunter mentality – always striving to exceed targets and drive growth
  • A relentless drive to make the impossible happen
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and a fast learner
