We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Intern to join the Jobzyn team! Your role: guide our candidates through their journey and ensure our AI recruitment technology stays human, helpful, and highly efficient.
Your role
You will be the guardian angel of our candidates. Your goal: streamline their recruitment path, resolve technical issues, and maximize satisfaction at every single stage
Your daily missions:
Candidate Success Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience and addressing their needs.
AI Recruitment Support: Handle support requests related to our AI mandates, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely assistance to both candidates and clients.
Communication & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact. Provide updates, answer questions, and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Issue Resolution: Address candidate concerns and technical issues promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and support workflows, contributing to the refinement of our AI processes.
Your qualifications

You are currently pursuing your last year or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, or Communications.
You have a customer-centric mindsetâyou love helping people and finding solutions.
You are empathetic, patient, and maintain professionalism at all times.
You have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and know how to be clear and concise.
You are comfortable with technology and eager to work with AI-powered tools.
You can manage multiple candidate interactions simultaneously without losing focus.
