Votre rôle
Note that the Pursuit Lead responsibilities will be dynamic and will need to adapt to the different stages of the pursuit process -
Develop and own the pursuit plan, including milestones, deliverables, and assignments using collaboration tools, develop a response template aligned with client needs, and manage the team, resources, and schedule to ensure the timely closure of the deal within budget.
Manage the logistics related to orals rehearsals and debriefs.
Support the Pursuit Coach and client service team to develop a compelling value proposition, winning messages, and a differentiated strategy for the specific opportunities.
Work proactively with leaders to identify subject matter experts who will address knowledge gaps; collaborate with writing/editorial, design, and sales colleagues to deliver quality sales materials with a creative and compelling visual story.
Bring best practices from other pursuits and extended pursuit networks to assist in closing content gaps.
Support quality review for proposal and presentation documents, design approach, risk reviews, and ensure strategic messaging is represented in all deliverables.
Support leadership and internal quality reviews, monitor the development of resource and pricing models and coordinate leadership pricing and quality calls with the pursuit team as required.
Flag and escalate issues to the Pursuit Coach and Lead Engagement Partner.
Participate and contribute to developing selected learning and development initiatives to build and enhance Deloitte's sales excellence capabilities across the firm.
Utilize the Deloitte network to organize knowledge sharing sessions on assets, solutions, and other latest insights; as relevant to a given industry or practice, to upskill PCoE members so they can bring the latest thinking to the pursuit teams they support.
Coach and support junior PCoE team members.

The Pursuit Lead is the pursuit project manager, rapidly engaging with and driving collaboration between Pursuit Coach, the Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCoE) Creative team, and various other pursuit stakeholders to support and drive the development of compelling value propositions, implementation of effective strategies, and the development of differentiated selling propositions throughout the pursuit process (Pre-RFP, RFP, Orals, Post-Orals).
Vos qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales pursuit and proposal development.
Strong project management skills: able to work independently and maintain excellent quality control over the milestones and deliverables.
Experience working with, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders at senior levels, as well as middle management stakeholders.
Good understanding of Advisory / Consulting services and offerings.
Highly proactive, self-starter.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Ability to work well under pressure, maintain composure and be flexible.
Strong analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
Proven ability to address and manage conflict.
Experience with national and/or global Advisory / Consulting organizations.
