We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join the Jobzyn adventure! You will support our daily activities and drive key initiatives that directly impact our growth.
Your role
You will be a central link in our organization, supporting partnership management and recruitment operations. Your goal: ensure everything runs smoothly and help us scale our impact
Your daily missions:
School Partnerships Management: Oversee relationships with educational institutions, coordinate activities, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment mandates, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Operational Assistance: Provide daily support to streamline operations, manage administrative tasks, and propose process improvements.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records, track partnership metrics, and prepare reports on our operational activities.
Your qualifications
If this sounds like you, we want to meet you:
You are currently pursuing your last year or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
You have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
You are proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and know how to get straight to the point.
You are proficient in productivity tools (spreadsheets, project management software, etc.).
