Before launching Cypher, Salma spent six years at PwC in Houston as a Manager in Assurance & Advisory. Her career began at Shielder Air Solutions, where she started as a CFO Assistant and later transitioned to an ERP Implementation Consultant. Salma holds a Master's degree in Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston.

Colin is an experienced finance and compliance leader with a background in strategic consulting, investment finance, and operations across diverse sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies from Western University.

Mathew has extensive experience as a lead analyst at Radicle, preceded by senior consulting roles and a position as a tax analyst at Deloitte. His academic background includes a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Economics from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Erin brings experience as a freelance HR advisor and in HR operations at Tealium. Her academic background includes a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
