We’re hiring a technical product owner to translate business and client needs into clear, actionable deliverables for our mobility platform. You’ll work on-site with our engineering team, keep the backlog precise and aligned, and help ensure features are well-defined, resilient, and adopted by users. ### Current Environment - Platform: NestJS backend, Flutter mobile apps, PostgreSQL database - Scale: 30K+ monthly bookings, B2B + consumer segments - Team: Small experienced engineering team + cross-functional input - Tools: Linear (tracking), Slack (communication), Mixpanel (analytics) - Focus: Product backlog, cross-functional alignment, user experience, feature QA, roll out and adoption ### Core Responsibilities **Backlog & Delivery** - Contribute to backlog scoping with clear, detailed specifications - Ensure alignment of tech deliverables with stakeholder and client needs - Guard against scope creep by keeping deliverables precise and realistic - Validate deliverables for resilience and technical feasibility - Do main QA and feature tests before and after deliveries **Specifications & User Experience** - Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear - Design user flows and collaborate on UX/UI decisions - Ensure features are defined with adoption and usability in mind - Track adoption and success metrics once features ship **Collaboration & Communication** - Work closely with engineering on feasibility and delivery - Collaborate with business, operations, and client-facing teams - Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders via Slack - Share progress updates with stakeholders and clients **Analytics & Iteration** - Use basic SQL and Mixpanel to analyze user behavior and platform performance - Identify bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and gaps - Suggest improvements based on adoption patterns and data-driven insights - Help drive ideas for new features rooted in actual usage

### Required - 3+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical business analysis - Have previously collaborated with engineering teams and a strong understanding of how deliveries work in an agile context - Basic SQL to query data + experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools - Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria - Strong communication skills across technical and business contexts - On-site availability (must be based in Morocco) ### Strong Plus - B2B product experience (enterprise clients) - Mobile/web product exposure (Flutter, React, or similar) - Linear or similar project tracking tools
