Building on its 10+ years of engineering excellence and sector leadership in infrastructure, energy, mining, water, and industrial ecosystems, JESA has decided to expand into Financial Advisory services through ADS (its advisory arm).
The new Financial Advisory practice positions JESA as a unique, integrated advisor, combining:
- Deep technical and engineering expertise
- Strong understanding of African/MENA industrial and infrastructure needs
- Financial structuring and capital-raising capabilities
- Direct access to DFIs, sovereigns, utilities, and industrial champions
Its mandate is to bridge the gap between project identification and financial close, ensuring bankability, structuring, and partner engagement for large-scale industrial, energy, mining, and infrastructure projects across Africa and beyond.
Votre rôle
The Manager will lead workstreams within financial advisory mandates, supervising Senior Consultants and Analysts, and coordinating with technical and legal partners. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality financial structuring, feasibility analysis, and transaction execution across JESA’s priority sectors.
Main Tasks:
- Lead financial structuring and capital raising mandates, including debt/equity strategies.
- Manage feasibility and bankability studies for large-scale industrial, mining, and infrastructure projects.
- Supervise junior team members in financial modelling, analysis, and report preparation.
- Interface with clients, DFIs, and multilateral banks to position JESA as trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with law firms and technical experts for consortium bids and transaction execution.
- Contribute to portfolio advisory, refinancing, and asset optimization assignments.
- Represent JESA at industry forums and support business development activities.
Vos qualifications
- Curricula: Top Tier business or engineering schools in France, USA and Morocco such as (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP or X, Centrale Supélec, Mines, Harvard, Columbia, EMI, EHTP...).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, private equity, project finance, or investment banking.
- Demonstrated exposure to African/MENA infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Master’s/MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to deliver client-ready materials and presentations at senior level.
- Proficiency in English and French; Arabic desirable.
