We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented CFO to lead our financial strategy and
operations. This role is critical to driving sustainable growth, ensuring financial health, and
enabling strategic decision-making.
Your role
• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned
with the company’s long-term objectives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance
tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
• Treasury Management: Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash
flow planning, revenue collection, and disbursement of payments.
• Fiscal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including timely
VAT filings, end-of-year tax submissions, and audit readiness.
• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports and
statements in line with accounting standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks;
implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investment Oversight: Analyze and manage investments, capital expenditures,
and financial structuring to maximize value creation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with investors,
auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team,
instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
Your qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• Professional Certification: CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is highly desirable.
• Experienced Leader: Minimum of 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to think long-term, connect financial strategy to
business goals, and anticipate market dynamics.
• Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk
management practices, and financial management software.
• Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a strategic
mindset.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
capable of interacting with all organizational levels.
• Team Builder: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team
