Introduction to the position
This is a 3-6 months fast-track program for fresh graduates who want to become Business Engineers in Distribution, with a clear path toward GM / Entrepreneur-type roles in the future.
You will rotate through the core engines of our business, starting in the field and ending with real ownership:
Phase 1 – Sales Representative Retail – (1 - 2 Months) :
o Work directly with retailers (hanouts, mini-markets, etc.)
o Learn how orders are generated, promotions are executed, shelves are negotiated.
o Understand what moves the needle in-store, not in theory.
Month 2 – Sales Representative Wholesale – (1 - 2 Months)
o Move to the wholesale world and understand volume, pricing, and negotiation.
o Learn how wholesalers think, what they care about, and how to grow their business and ours.
o Start using data to track performance and opportunities.
Month 3 – Managing a Wholesaler Portfolio – (1 - 2 Months)
o Take responsibility for a set of wholesalers.
o Follow up on performance, margins, assortment, activations.
o Coordinate with internal teams to solve problems and unlock growth.
After the Rotation – Department Ownership (Responsibility Day 1)
Based on your performance and potential, you will take ownership of a role in one of our key departments, for example:
o Growth / Sales Operations
o Key Account / Wholesaler Management
o Trade Marketing / Activation
o Data & Performance (Business Analysis)
o Operations / Territory Management
From that point, you are no longer “a trainee”. You are an owner of a piece of the business.
Your role
• Be in the field: visit retailers and wholesalers, understand daily realities, not just read reports.
• Sell and negotiate: learn how to convince, influence and create win–win deals.
• Use data: track KPIs, build simple dashboards, identify gaps and propose actions.
• Manage relationships: build trust with partners and internal teams.
• Own projects: after the rotation, lead one department or project scope with clear targets.
• Learn fast, execute faster: test, learn, adjust – with a bias for action.
Your qualifications
This program is not for everyone.
It is for you if:
• You are a fresh graduate from an engineering school.
• You want to become a GM, Business Leader or Entrepreneur in the next 5–10 years.
• You are ready to start from the ground, not jump directly to a “strategy” role.
• You believe real learning comes from hard training, feedback, and pressure.
• You are comfortable with 100% ownership and high availability when needed.
• You can adapt quickly: new environment, new people, new challenges every month.
• You like numbers and logic as much as people and relationships.
• You are not afraid to be measured on results, not on effort alone.
It is not for you if:
• You want a quiet, comfortable job with predictable tasks.
• You don’t like being in the field or talking to people.
• You are not ready to be challenged every day and held accountable.
Requirements :
• Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Fluent in French and Darija; English is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Sheets basics, comfortable with numbers).
• Driver’s license is a plus (field work).
