Introduction to the position
You are not an assistant. You are an extension of the founders – thinking, deciding, and executing as if you were in the room when we are not. You will operate across strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and internal management, closing the gaps where bandwidth stops us from being in two places at once.
Your role
Strategic Execution :
- Turn vague ideas, or half sentences into structured plans and decks to investors, ministers, and board members.
- Build presentations, models, and memos at the standard of McKinsey/BCG for investors, ministers, and board members.
- Shadow the founders in key meetings and represent them when they can’t attend.
Operational Leadership :
- Lead cross-functional missions (product, finance, ops, gov relations) and push them to the finish line.
- Detect operational gaps before they become problems – and fix them without waiting for instructions.
- Project manage “whatever is mission critical” – even if it wasn’t in your job description yesterday.
Intelligence & Communication :
- Prepare materials, arguments, and battlefield maps before every critical meeting.
- Ensure every team – leadership, ops, marketing, product – is aligned around one narrative.
- Handle “founder-only conversations” with absolute discretion.
Your qualifications
This is not a normal corporate role. It’s for someone who is:
- Moroccan, but globally wired – fluent in English, French & Darija, culturally bilingual.
- Trained in structured thinking – ex-strategy consulting role, ops manager, ...
- Restlessly curious, fast thinking, exceptionally articulate.
- Zero drama, high pressure tolerance, founder-level accountability.
- The type who takes a problem, disappears, and comes back with a solution – not more questions.
