We are seeking a Senior Management Controller to oversee the financial performance of Intelcia’s US region and English-speaking markets. Reporting directly to the Regional CEO, this role offers strong exposure to top management and a clear evolution path, with potential future involvement in M&A activities and local acquisitions. This is a strategic and hands-on role within a fast-growing multinational environment.

• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial accounts through appropriate controls • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings • Monitoring and analyzing payroll and workforce costs • Contributing to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts • Analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts • Producing and reviewing monthly analytical and management reports • Validating purchase requests and ensuring budgetary control by cost center • Monitoring and analyzing operational performance indicators (KPIs) • Supporting the development and maintenance of management dashboards

Direct reporting line to the CEO – US Region & English-speaking Markets

• Master’s degree (BAC+5 equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control • 8+ years of professional experience, including: o Management Control o Experience within multinational, multi-subsidiary environments o Background in a consulting/audit firm is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies • Fluent English (mandatory) • Spanish is a plus • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Rigorous, structured, and methodical approach • High level of autonomy and accountability • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work with diverse, international teams • Creative, versatile, and critical thinker
